Firstly, allow me to thank Dr. Sathia Prakash C. Nadarajan for giving me a chance to complete this
project. Its truly an interesting and exciting experience that has been enduring in my mind and
has become real. This newsletter is a compilation of all the cherished work throughout this years.
It would be a snapshot of the various activities and advancements for all associated with SP Care
since its establishment. When I first joined SP Care early this year, I was fascinated by the

environment. I slowly found that the cooperation among staff and doctors are very well in every
aspect. Although there were some obstacles, but we managed to overcome it and most
importantly, SP Gram 2018 is now completed. “Nothing is impossible”. I wish SP Care continues
its success in the future.
