It gives us great pleasure to present our first newsgram which is being launched in conjunction with our

10 year anniversary. This compilation breezes through our activities and achievements from our birth till
date.

Determination, perseverance, enthusiasm, people centric, these are the few words that have been a part of

SP Care Group motto. Incorporating these values among every member of SP Care is what made us
successful. Since the opening of our first Branch in 2009 SP Care Group has grown to great heights with
a determination to bring success not only to the company but also to every member of our staff. We have

a committed team of doctors working alongside with a brilliant management team that consist of
individuals from various races, background and qualification to achieve our dreams.

SP Care has been providing medical care and services to the public with the aim of rendering
professional service with quality treatment at an affordable cost. We have over 300 companies under our

panel-ship program along with multiple national insurances. Our centers are fully equipped to diagnose
and to provide every individual with high quality patient management. As doctors, this has been our core

passion and we will be expanding our services to as many areas as in needed for continuous growth and
development.

SP Care has been actively involved in multiple humanitarian missions around the globe. Our doctors and

staff have participated in international missions to war zones and areas affected by natural disasters such
as Gaza, Nepal, Philippines and Myanmar.

SP Care is looking forward to a bright future not only in Malaysia but also in Russia and India where we

have ventured into various businesses in trade and manufacturing. This is part of our vision to diversify
our strengths in multiple industries around the world.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the founder/ managing director of SP Care Group,
Dr. Sathia Prakash and his parents, Mr and Mrs Nadarajan for their vision and excellent leadership. Their

motivation and determination has inspired many of us in the team.

Last but not least, I would like to pay tribute to one of our Medical Director, Dr. Nandha Murali who
passed away in 2017. He was a dedicated, passionate doctor to his patients and a good friend to us all.

His passing is a great loss to SP Care and our society. He will not be forgotten and we will carry his name
along with our success.
