Welcome to our 2020 Year End Magazine
2020 has been a very different year for us all with lots of changes to our normal routines. We are still living with COVID 19 and this will not change for the foreseeable future. We will continue to live and work apart so its more important than ever to stay connected. While we still have limited numbers coming onto our Campus every day, the show must go on! Our on-site & remote teams continue
to work hard to ensure we deliver our products for our patients, doctors & nurses that we serve daily. The DePuy Cork Campus have shown resilience, agility & courage as we make our way through 2020.
This year our newly formed communication team is working hard
to ensure remote and onsite workers receive key information in an efficient and timely manner. This is achieved through our Weekly Newsfeed with embedded links to Webinars and events such
as: Inclusion week, DePuy 125-year celebrations, Irish life Health Webinars to name a few.
Communications boards are in Building 1 & Building 2 as another mode of sharing updates. We also have plasma screens in place in both buildings keeping you informed of all events as they happen. We have started Virtual Quarterly communications linking in with key updates and projects happening on the Campus and reaching out and connecting with all our employees. Our plan is to continue improving our Communication reach throughout 2021.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who helped us put this Newsletter together and we hope you all enjoy reading it and catching up on what has been happening right across the Campus throughout 2020.
