In this Driver’s Seat activity, you’ll process five on-time payments. Ask your manager or owner to assist
you with the first three and then try two more on your own. Use the following tables to record the
activity, and to help you follow the proper steps when taking an on-time payment.

When taking payments, remember to:

• GREET CUSTOMER • TAKE THE PAYMENT ACCORDING TO PAY CYCLE
• PULL UP ACCOUNT • ASK FOR REFERRALS
