Weekly Meetings are a way for your store manager to meet
with the team and discuss last week’s performance, this week’s
sales and collection goals, role-play customer interactions, and
recognize high performance. These are a great opportunity
to learn new sales techniques, improve collections skills, and
connect with your coworkers. It’s also a great time to bring
up any questions and talk about any issues that may pertain
to the entire team or store. Any personal questions or issues
should be discussed in your weekly 1-on-1 meeting with your
store manager; you will both work together to find a time and
day that works best. (Ask your store manager or owner when these
meetings are held.)
The phone, of course, is an important communication tool
at your store. Make sure you understand the Cell Phones
and Similar Devices Policy found in your Coworker Handbook
regarding the use of your cell phone at work.
"Communication
is the key to
personal and
career success."
