                   GET TO KNOW YOUR STORE





                    You have checked to see if your store is Rent Ready, but how about you? You must be
                    comfortable with your environment and with the expectations we have for you. Let’s use some
                    time for you to get to know your environment better!
 Sidewalks in front of store are clean and free from trash, debris, ice, snow and weeds
 Door and windows are clean and free from smudges and fingerprints  As a coworker, it’s important to understand where things are in your store. Using the next few
 RAC signage is in good condition and functioning properly including all bulbs  pages, check off each thing as you find it, or fill in the blanks as needed.
 Window clings and banners are current, installed appropriately and in good condition
 Window displays are attractive and inviting (Back of merchandise is not showing, newest and best products only)
 Trucks are parked away from store entrance when not in use   Locate the AVE Wall
 Trucks are clean, appear in good repair and free from obvious dents and damage
                    What is the size and weekly rental rate of the top, left TV?
                    What is the size and weekly rental rate of the bottom, right TV?

 Coworkers are enthusiastic
 Coworkers are dressed and groomed appropriately per company policy
 No unpleasant odors
 HVAC is operable and set at a comfortable temperature   Locate the appliances
 All ceiling tiles are in place and clean, HVAC vents are dirt free, and showroom is well lit with all bulbs working
 Showroom is festive and inviting  What is the largest capacity washer (cu.ft.)?                              Dryer?
 Interior POP is current, in good condition, and displayed appropriately
 Only stereo or TV sound is on and playing at a comfortable level with a genre appropriate for customer base  Do you have any gas dryers on the floor?         Y  /  N      How many?
 The A/V wall Audio/Video Amplifier Distribution unit is on/operable with all TV's playing the company provided DVD   Count the number of ranges available on the floor:
 Carpet and walls are clean and in good condition; free from marks or damage
 A/V wall and Computer fixture shelves are clean and dust free
 Power cables and power strips are neatly maintained and out of customer view
 All laptops/All-in-Ones and Desktop computers are loaded with and playing the Company provided screensaver   Locate the Store Planner
 Customer Care sign is visible
 The counter area is clean and free from clutter with only approved counter signs per POP instructions   What is the first delivery appointment time?                    Customer's name?

                    Are there any service appointments?          Y / N               How many?




 All products are refurbished to best condition possible. (Refurbishment takes place throughout the day as needed)
 All products are clean, dust/stain/fingerprint free and rent ready   Locate cash drawers
 All computers/tablets are reset to factory settings  How many registers do you have?
 Price tags/holders are consistently placed near the right front corner of each product
 60/90 day idle product is appropriately identified with “blue/red dot program”
 Manager special signs are displayed appropriately and updated daily per program instructions
