Always thank the customer
with a sincere smile.
All of us like to feel appreciated. This is especially true
for our customers.
Letting our customers know that we appreciate their
business reinforces our relationship with them and is
another way to build their self-esteem. It takes only
a few seconds of our time to look at them and say, “I
really appreciate your business. Thanks so much.”
When you do this with sincerity and a smile, you
produce a good feeling in the customer and in yourself.
