Kids and adults alike were invited to join CAPS officers for a trip to the circus — the UniverSoul Circus — in October. Dancing and acrobatics were among the acts that thrilled the audience during the performance in Washington Park.
A chilly morning didn’t deter officers from taking part in the third annual Sista Strut to benefit breast cancer research. Approximately 4,000 partic- ipants laced up their walking shoes to honor those who were taken by cancer and others who continue to battle the disease.
