Marie Loucks cda started painting because of a gift, literally. Christmas 1978, Marie's husband went
into a local art store, signed her up for oil painting classes and purchased the supplies she would need. Her first teacher was Bob Embry mda, owner of the store. From that first class she was hooked. She has been lucky and honored to have many great teachers. Marie says she is sure her husband had no idea what that Christmas present would mean to her and her love of creating art. Marie has been inspired to keep learning, be creative and to believe in herself, especially her husband. Email: melartist17@gmail.com
