LET’S PAINT
STEP 1
Sunflower Petals
Use the Glass-Art no. 10/0 liner to fill in the petals. Pull the paint from the petal's tip to the center of the flower. You do want ridges. The ridges are like vein lines. Reload the brush often. Base yellow petals with a Medium Yellow color. Base orange petals with a Medium Orange color.
Sunflower Center
Stipple the center of the flower with Burnt Umber using the tip of the no. 3 round brush and lots of paint.
Leaves
Use the no. 3 round to base in the leaves with a Light Green color. Pull the strokes in the direction of the vein lines. I like to start at the tip and work my way down to the flower.
