      CPL           Cost per lead - The amount it costs you to attract a lead – this might be  Industry
                    filling in a form on your site – e.g. enquiring about a car.

      CPL           Cost per link - the total cost of acquiring a link to a client's website.  Industry


      CRM           Customer Relation Management - IDHL's internal system containing all client  Industry

      CRO/LPO       Conversion Rate Optimisation/ Landing Page Optimisation - increasing a  Industry
                    web page's ability to increase traffic and convert visitors to customers or leads.
