Welcome On-Board Management (WOBM)

               Program Training Instructions

Key Modules Launch Date: October 2021

               Welcome Message
In this more and more competitive and complex market that we live on, it is even more important to
better prepare our new employees coming into our environment, no matter their roles or titles.

We must be equipped to provide them with the proper knowledge and abilities, for both technical and
process skills, and this, as fast as possible, and in the most efficient way.

A strong Training Program structure is also the key to their Onboarding Journey and Success, and to
their engagement in our corporate culture.

The role of the Training Manager and/or Trainer is also another huge factor of success. They must play a
role of Coach, Mentor and Teacher, at the same time, while respecting diligently the processes,
               procedures, and policies in place.

That is why RCL, in a partnership between Store Operations and Human Resources, we are proud to
introduce this first Phase of the new Welcome On-Board Management (WOBM) Training
               Program.

Welcome to you, and we wish you all the best and a long Journey with us!

               Key Program Instructions
During this first Phase of the new WOBM Program launch, we have included new Training Content for
some Key Modules, such as: Opening and Closing, Crack & Sort (part of Receiving & Allocating),
StoreFore for Management, Virtual Inventory, OSL (OMNI Sales Leader), and more…

As is stands for the Welcome On-Board Program - for the non-management employees, as
launched during the Summer of 2020 (yes, during the Pandemic!), this actual new Program Phase is built
with a mix of Live and Self activities. The durations are clearly displayed at the title of each Training
               Course or Module.

This new Management Onboarding structure takes the new or promoted employee to a series of
training activities that are well sequenced, and defined, within each course and sub-modules. Some
components will be completed by the employees themselves, as for some other ones, they will be
assisted by their trainer or invited to observe the activities on the sales floor.

It is important for both the learner and the trainer, to complete the various training checkpoints, to
allow to validate the training progress, and to allow the leaner to ask key and pertinent questions
               related to their recent learnings.
