Program Structure
This Welcome On-Board Management (WOBM) transition program, that will lead to a new Full
Program launch during Spring 2022, is composed of three different types of Courses.
1. New or Updated Courses
a. These Courses are in the first part of the Training Program Structure
b. They are also labeled with a Course # (Ex: Course 2: Receiving and Allocating (40 min.)
c. It is important for all actual Store Managers, Training Managers and Trainers to review
the new or updated training contents
2. Courses that refer to existing Training Material and activities
a. As the WOBM Project Team continues to develop the full new program to come, we
have directed you to existing training contents and material for you to refer to
b. Those Courses are in the mid-part of the Program Structure, and are identified in their
respective Title with the mention ‘Refer to actual content’
c. The reference material has been included in a PDF format, for you to refer to, or to do a
printout
3. Courses Coming soon
a. Finally, as the WOBM Project Team continues the development continues the
development activities, we will be soon adding new content
b. These Courses are located at the lower part of the Program Structure
c. They are identified in their respective Title with the mention ‘Coming soon…’
