understands a learner as a human being and
beyond just teaching and learning. The teacher

learners to direct his teaching and learning,
for example if the teacher knows most learners
come from poor backgrounds then the teacher
must limit the use of technology to
accommodate those that don’t own devices.

usage of them, therefore in order for this
