INTRODUCTION
This brochure talks about the kind of environment at Masithaliswane, where I had completed my block 3 practicals. It talks about the rules set by the school,
the resources available to enhance teaching and the challenges that learners and teachers face on a daily basis. The brochure then speaks of what kind of ideal
teacher is needed in this environment to ensure effective teaching and learning while understanding the difficulties of instances such as inefficiencies of
resource allocation and different personalities that need to be dealt with on the daily basis. The brochure also describes the measures taken by the school to
deal with such challenges and accommodate every learner.
