Heather Anderson is a seasoned entertainment attorney, who has worked in
various aspects of the music and media business for over 20 years. 2

She is currently a digital media and technology attorney, and as Principal
Counsel at The Walt Disney Company, specializes in products such as mobile
apps and games, interactive connected experiences and supporting the Disney
Digital Network comprised of our websites, social media presence and editorial
voices such as www.disney.com, www.ohmydisney.com, www.disneystyle.com,
and www.disneyfamily.com.

Formerly an attorney in the Business and Legal Affairs department of Interscope
Geffen A&M Records in Los Angeles, Heather handled recording, production
and license agreements for IGA artists such as 50 Cent, The Neptunes, and
Sheryl Crow. Prior to joining Interscope, Heather was Senior Counsel in the
Intellectual Property department at Fox, handling copyright and trademark
issues for all of the Fox companies worldwide (motion picture, television, sports,
etc.), particularly intellectual property issues in the digital space. Consecutively
with her time at Fox, Heather owned and operated Good Girl Entertainment –
her music law practice, artist management company and independent record
label – stemming from her desire to assist other artists after her time as an
aspiring singer and rapper in middle school, high school and college.

HEATHER ANDERSON Heather has also practiced as a TV and short form production attorney, and as

a litigator at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP.
