James (Jim) B. Gray is Vice President, Controller, Burbank/Glendale Hub for
The Walt Disney Company. Jim is responsible for the segment accounting and 7
financial reporting for the Studio Entertainment, Disney/ABC Television Group
(DATG), and Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segments as well as
the Consumer Products Commercialization business within the Disney Parks,
Experiences and Products segment of the company. Jim is also responsible for
the Participations and Residuals Center of Excellence providing third party talent
and guild statements and payments for the company.

Jim joined Disney in 2005 as Vice President, Corporate Controllership, and
became Vice President, Controller for the Studio Entertainment segment in
2008. In 2014, Jim added the Controllership responsibilities for the DCPI
segment. In 2018, Jim added the Controllership responsibilities for the DATG
and DTCI segments.

Prior to joining Disney, Jim was the Corporate Controller for Beckman Coulter,
Inc. and later served as Director, Europe Finance based in Nyon, Switzerland.
Prior to working at Beckman, Jim began his career at Deloitte & Touche in Los
Angeles where he worked in the manufacturing audit practice and specialized in
the aerospace and defense industry.

Jim is a CPA (inactive) and has a B.S. in accounting from the University of
Southern California. Jim enjoys mountain biking, snow skiing and is an avid
USC football fan.
