Andy Hopkins serves as Senior Vice President, Global Development and APAC
Finance for The Walt Disney Company’s Parks, Experiences and Products 11
segment (DPEP). In this role, Andy leads the team responsible for global
strategy, business development and real estate across the DPEP global
portfolio of businesses. In addition, Andy has oversight over the CFOs of
Disney’s Asia theme parks and Walt Disney Imagineering and over the team
responsible for managing third party tenants and partnerships within Disney
resort properties.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Hong Kong International
Theme Parks Limited with the Government of Hong Kong and a member of the
Board of Directors for Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited
with Shanghai Shendi Tourism & Resort Development Company.

Andy joined The Walt Disney Company in 2006, and prior to taking a new role
within DPEP in 2017, he served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate
Strategy and Business Development for the company. In this role, he executed
acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures, including the
transformational acquisitions of Marvel and Lucasfilm, across all business units
and throughout the world with aggregate value in excess of $20 billion.
ANDREW (ANDY) HOPKINS Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Andy served as the Vice President,

Corporate Development for Expedia, Inc. He also previously held similar roles
at InterActiveCorp, Artisan Entertainment and Universal Studios. Andy began
Senior Vice President, Global his career as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of

Development and APAC Finance Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City and Los Angeles.
Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Andy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan

University majoring in Economics.

Andy is married with two children and resides in Burbank, California.
