Pauline leads a global supply chain compliance team, located in 12 countries, in
support of Disney’s commitment to responsible and ethical production and 9
distribution of products bearing the brands, characters and other intellectual
property of The Walt Disney Company.

With a Disney career spanning more than 23 years, Pauline has held roles of
increasing responsibility in various business segments and geographic
locations. In her previous position, she was Vice President & Controller for the
Disney Consumer Products segment (DCP), where she was responsible for the
preparation of the segment’s consolidated financial statements and other
financial reporting, control and operational accounting functions for DCP’s
licensing, publishing and retail operations. Prior to Disney, Pauline had a career
with the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she had a
diverse client industry base.

Pauline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley
University in Waltham, MA, and a Master degree in Business Administration
from the University of Southern California. She is a former CPA.
