I’m so thankful to have been included in

                                                  the Finance Connect program.  It was an

                                                  amazing opportunity to be partnered with

                                                  leaders from across the Company.  Through

                                                  my conversations with Peter and Spence, I


                                                  gained insight into their experiences and

                                                  learned new perspectives, all of which I can

                                                  apply to my current projects and role.  I look

                                                  forward to continuing to connect with

                                                  others in the program.
