“Contrasting Tipping points in my life - Joining SBI in Dec 1988 and leaving SBI in Oct 1995.”

Both these events have huge impact on rest of my life.

Dec 1988-

It was a dream come true to get the opportunity to join SBI as a Probationer. Coming from a
small town in UP to a large metro city Bangalore was the first taste of what life had in store for

me. Thanks to people around me especially my own batchmates, who helped me in boarding

the flight of my professional career, the journey was so enjoyable.

Oct 1995-

It was such a difficult decision to leave my dream job but support came from my wife, Rachna,

moral support that helped in decision making to take the plunge.

Today after 30 years of joining SBI and 23 years after leaving, I still have huge respect and soft

feelings for my first employer. My batchmates are such a loving lot that the warmth of this

relationship continues......

Looking forward to meet all on 1st Dec 2018 to celebrate Thirty Years of this relationship and

requesting to Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna...
