ตัวอยาง
I have turned on the light. (ไฟยังเปดอยู)
She has seen Suda recently. (เธอพบสุดาเร็ว ๆนี้)
3) ใชกับเหตุการณที่เพิ่งจบลงใหม ๆ ซึ่งมักมี adverb of time เชน just, already,
yet, หรือเพิ่งเกิดเหตุการณเร็ว ๆ นี้ จะปรากฏคําเหลานี้ เชน recently, lately etc.
ตัวอยาง
The plane has just take off.
They have already finished their lunch.
The students haven’t done their work yet.
(yet ใชในประโยครูปปฏิเสธและคําถาม)
4) ใชกับการแสดงถึงการเคยกระทําหรือไมเคยกระทําเหตุการณนั้น ๆ มัก
adverb เชน never, ever, once, twice etc. อยูในประโยค
ตัวอยาง
Have you ever gone to Singapore?
No, I have never gone there.
Yes, I have gone there once.
5) ใชกับเหตุการณที่ทําซ้ํา ๆในอดีต และอาจจะทําเหตุการณนี้ตอไปในอนาคต
แตไมบอกวาทําเมื่อไหร มักมี adverb เชน many times, several times, over and over etc.
ตัวอยาง
She has read this book over and over.
The children have played in the park several times.
