Enders Park Community Center

Enders Park Community Center located in Baldwin
Park, Florida was the winner of the prestigious 2004
Palladio Award for Commercial & Civic
Architecture: New Design & Construction.

The Art’s & Craft inspired design employs details
found in Edwin Lutyen’s Plumpton Place
Gatehouse, at Sonning on the Thames, with central
Palladian passageway, and flanking tower like
window bays.

Constructed of affordable local building materials
such as the alternating Hardi-siding, green
fiberglass shingles, exposed rafter tails are chosen
to keep the project on budget.

The Iconic symmetry, porches, and large bay
windows that fill the community meeting rooms
with golden sunshine serve to dignify this otherwise
modest structure.
