Managing catering services in large organizations requires coordination between employees, restaurants and administrative teams. This project focuses on developing an advanced organizational catering management system for “ELTA Systems,” optimizing the meal ordering process and enhancing employee satisfaction. Our system enables employees to pre-order, receive real-time updates and get notifications when their meals are ready. Additionally, restaurant managers may dynamically update menus and adjust meal schedules according to demand. This system enhances operational efficiency and improves the dining experience for employees. Implementing this solution is expected to streamline service operations and significantly reduce wait times.

The employee recruitment and retention process in classified organizations, such as the NRCN, can be lengthy and challenging. The goal of this project is to identify effective recruitment strategies for the NRCN - to attract candidates and retain them. The primary challenge in achieving this goal stems from the organization’s confidential nature, requiring tailored solutions aligned with its unique characteristics. Based on the relevant literature and research data collection, theoretical solutions were developed. A ‘customer relationship management’ (CRM) system was proposed for efficient candidate tracking and engagement, using Python-based tools for data analysis. Additionally, a ‘plan- do-check-act’ (PDCA) cycle was suggested for assessing ‘key performance indicators’ (KPIs) and supporting data-driven decision making.
