Despite the many available tools, managing group tasks remains a challenge. Teams often struggle to organize tasks clearly, maintain consistency, and collaborate effectively—especially in projects lacking defined structures. Our system is designed to simplify project planning and improve team communication in real-time via built-in chat, task tracking, and shared project templates. Users may register, log in, assign tasks, and stay aligned with the user-friendly interface. A hierarchical task structure helps visualize dependencies and organize workflow. Sharing ready-made templates allows teams to start faster and maintain consistency. The goal is to demonstrate how combining communication, structure, and simplicity leads to better, more successful collaboration.

This project investigates “Virtual Reality” (VR) as a therapeutic tool for treating ‘aerophobia’—fear of flying. Aerophobia can significantly impact daily life and, while traditional therapies like ‘cognitive behavioral therapy’ are effective, VR offers a more immersive and flexible alternative. Using ‘virtual reality exposure therapy’ (VRET), individuals are gradually exposed to simulated flight scenarios, such as boarding, takeoff, and turbulence within a safe, controlled setting. Such repeated exposure helps reduce anxiety and develops coping skills. The goals of our project are to enhance mental health treatment by engaging, technology-driven methods, to provide a safe, repeatable, and adaptable solution, while building confidence and improving quality-of-life for individuals struggling with this common phobia.
