Optimization of the Supply Chain at Elbatech Logistics Center

Elbatech Group provides supply, logistics, and procurement services to defense and civilian industries, including Elta Systems. Recently, major projects at Elta were delayed due to supply chain disruptions at the Logistics Center. Our investigation found that many orders were sent to the Exceptions Department, with 45% due to documentation issues. These delays impact project timelines, increase employee workload, and lead to financial penalties. This project analyzed supply chain operations, measured process durations, and proposed improvements. A key solution was developing a module connecting suppliers with Elta’s procurement officers to verify documents before order approval. This improvement will enable the reduction of irregularl orders by early identification, arrival forecasting and load routing, thus minimizing delays.

Our website offers various functions that create a social circle, boost confidence, and support users facing social challenges. It focuses on relevant content, making it easier to navigate than scattered online information. Users can filter content for a personalized experience. This platform is interactive, allowing public or anonymous sharing. Users may also register for social events that strengthen online connections. There are two user types—adults (18+) and minors (-18), each verified upon registration and interacting only within their group. The site acts as a toolbox, empowering users and improving their lives, while ensuring an accessible browsing experience.
