“Moni Siton Ltd.” (founded in 1984) provides advanced transportation services to private and public sector clients. With approximately 250 employees managing about 2,000 trips daily, the company faces four key operational challenges: complex scheduling requiring experienced personnel; limited flexibility in real-time adjustments; high dependency on human decision-making; and a lack of optimization and measurement tools. Our project goal is to develop a comprehensive operational system with a decision-support tool for automated scheduling, focusing on minimizing empty trips. Key objectives include designing advanced user interfaces for dispatchers and drivers and ensuring seamless synchronization across all operational factors. Through advanced optimization, the system alleviates daily scheduling bottlenecks, reduces empty trips, lowers operational costs, and enhances responsiveness to real-time changes.

This project presents an interactive information system designed to support new parents in monitoring and promoting early childhood development. The system provides science-based, reliable content in a user-friendly format, addressing motor, cognitive, communication, and emotional growth. Features include personalized progress reports, reminders, video tutorials, interactive activities, and daily tips tailored to the child’s age and needs. A community platform offers emotional and practical support for parents. The system was developed based on a literature review and user needs analysis, leading to a prototype that emphasizes intuitive design and accessibility. This tool aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the everyday challenges of parenting, offering parents confidence and clarity in supporting their child’s development.
