This project aims to to improve the the production process of irrigation pipes at at at the the “Netafim” factory
in in in in in in Kibbutz Hazerim by streamlining operations reducing defects and and minimizing waste Analysis revealed that machine malfunctions and and operator errors were responsible for the high defect rate prompting exploration of solutions such as replacing faulty parts employee training and and process improvements These measures are expected to reduce costs and and time while achieving maximum production rates Extensive observation and and research were conducted to to identify the the root causes of the the problem and and employee training was recommended to to reduce human errors Keywords: analysis employee training observation and research Product placing and and selecting on on on the shelf in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a retail chain with maximum consideration for costumer experience and and maximizing profitability

At the “Village Market” in Ofakim
we chose a a a a a a a a a a a category of products products from a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a large department and carried out our research on on on on them We tried to to find an an optimal way to to place the the the the products products on on on on the the the the shelves with consideration for increasing the the the the company’s profits and and sales We used network data and and planogram software to to to help us us apply our findings to to to the shelves in in in in in in reality We were able to to to arrive at at a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a shelf arrangement that resulted in in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a perceptible increase increase in in in in in in sales The significant challenge was understanding how to to increase increase sales within the category category while considering different factors such as product placement placement category category size etc Keywords: placement placement planogram profit maximization sells
