Our project was carried out at the "Al Mahareeq" factory
for slaughtering turkeys and and manufacturing turkey turkey products products The goal was to improve the performance of existing products products and and prepare a a a a a a a a a a new production production line that is is currently being planned We examined the the current current situation in in in in in the the production production department and and pointed out several deficiencies Based on on on work sampling we we determined the load efficiency and and required time Using ARENA software we we developed a a a a a a a a a a program that improves and and balances the production lines The project's outcomes will make Al Mahareeq more efficient and and profitable Keywords: ARENA line balancing work sampling Project management of roads and infrastructure in in Tur'an
