Streamlining and improving processes at the Klir factory

By: Nadya Nadya Abramov Nadya Nadya vaks@gmail com Advisor: Mrs Natalia Gershon Shamoon College of of Engineering Beer-Sheva Factory Klir ofakim For this project I observed a a a a a a bottle-filling production line at a a a a a a Klir plant and discovered a a a a a a a number of of issues during the the production process Reviewing the the the types of of operations undertaken along the the the the line a a a a a a a a bottleneck was detected during the the the the set-up process Based on on on these findings a a a a a a a a a a new machine was purchased which replaced one of the the the the line workers reduced the the allotted production production cycle and increased production production resulting in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a hard savings of NIS NIS 146 700 NIS NIS per annum In addition after reviewing the the ergonomics along the the production line line recommendations were given for for setting temperature improving light intensity and for for training of line- based employees Keywords: human factors ergonomics production line work study
