As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear.

6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames in immediate area). Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Keep
people away from and upwind of spill/leak. Avoid breathing dust/ fume/ gas/ mist/ vapors/ spray. Wear protective gloves/clothing
and eye/face protection.

6.2. Environmental precautions
Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. See Section 12 for additional Ecological Information.

6.3. Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up
Dike far ahead of liquid spill for later disposal. A vapor suppressing foam may be used to reduce vapors.
Dam up. Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Use personal
protective equipment. Use non-sparking tools and equipment. Take up mechanically and collect in suitable container for disposal.

Handling
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed Ground/bond container and receiving
equipment. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting/equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary
measures against static discharges. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Hygiene Measures
Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Provide regular cleaning of equipment, work area and clothing.

Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Store locked up.
