Implementation of a Water Hygiene Management Plan

What we did
In 2015, GCS were requested by Orbit Living to undertake an independent review of their
Water Hygiene Policy and Procedures. It was identified that even though the policy
delivered the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation, it wasn’t clear how, in
practical terms, the policy was to be operationally delivered.
We therefore developed a Water Hygiene Management Plan, which provided assurance and
clarity on how this area of compliance should be delivered and we were able to enhance
this project by offering key programme managers the appropriate levels of training to
deliver this plan.
