Chapter 4.
THE BATHROOM
Stock your carryall tray with the following items:
1 container of liquid or powdered cleanser (with a plastic 1-pint
container
inverted over the top)
1 white scrub pad/sponge combination (white pad)
1 spray bottle of Blue Juice
1 spray bottle of Red Juice
1 toilet brush
1 tile brush
10 cleaning cloths (folded)
1 feather duster and/or microfiber duster
1 whisk broom
1 spray bottle of bleach diluted one to four with water
1 squirt bottle of tile cleaner
Stock your cleaning apron with:
1 scraper
1 toothbrush
1 razor-blade holder with a sharp blade (optional)
2 plastic bags (as pocket liners) with clips
Here is a bathroom. Looks a mess. Mold growing in crevices.
Toothpaste smeared on the mirror. Crud on the grout. It looks
like a big job - not at all! You'll soon learn how to clean this
bathroom well using PMC techniques and be out of here in just
15 minutes or less.
The Starting Point
Walk into the bathroom. Face the tub. Put your tray down on the
floor at the right end of the bathtub. The strategy for cleaning
this room is to pick a starting point and proceed around the
room clockwise, cleaning as you go—never backtracking,
carrying all the tools and cleaners necessary with you in your
