KETO CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ribs celery
- ½ tsp pink Himalayan
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- ½ cup pecans
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 F and bake chicken breast for 1520
minutes
2. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces
3. In a bowl mix all ingredients and toss until chicken is
fully coated
4. When ready, add dill and serve
