KETO PARMESAN CASSEROLE
               Serves:         3

               Prep Time:     10 Minutes

               Cook Time:     30 Minutes
               Total Time:       40 Minutes


                   INGREDIENTS


                   -   2 cups cooked chicken
                   -   ½ tsp basil

                   -   1 slice bacon
                   -   ½ cup marinara sauce

                   -   ½ tsp red pepper flakes

                   -   ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
                   -   ½ cup Parmesan cheese


                   DIRECTIONS

               1.  Preheat the oven to 325 F

               2.  Lay out the chicken in the pan and spread the marinara
                   sauce all over

               3.  Dredge the top with parmesan, red pepper flakes,
                   mozzarella and sprinkle bacon and basil

               4.  Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove and serve
