                   INGREDIENTS


                   -   ½ cup coconut milk
                   -   ½ cup water

                   -   2 ice cubes

                   -   1 tablespoon coconut oil
                   -   ½ tsp cinnamon

                   -   1 tablespoon chia seeds
                   -   ½ cup vanilla protein powder


                   DIRECTIONS


               1.  In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until
                   smooth

               2.  Pour in a glass and serve
