                   INGREDIENTS


                   -   4 ice cubes -    ½ avocado
                   -   1 scoop keto chocolate collagen

                   -   1 tablespoon chia seeds

                   -   1 tablespoon almond butter
                   -   ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

                   -   1 cup water


                   DIRECTIONS

               1.  In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until
                   smooth
               2.  Pour in a glass and serve
