Context:
Performance metrics includes the following activities:

       ● Timely documentation and progressive performance of academic and administrative tasks

       ● Optimization and integration of contemporary methods of teaching-learning and evaluation
       ● Improve the quality of academic delivery by increasing the level of clarity of the concepts of

learning and focus on their needs.

       ● Integration of various activities to facilitate good practices and a learning environment
conducive to the overall development of the learners.

       ● Adapt to the rapid changes to the learning needs of the students and teachers.

Higher Education Performance Metrics are measurable values used to measure and track their

progress on specific business objectives. Furthermore, these metrics help education
institutions monitor and evaluate how well we are performing, and direct policy formulation

and target setting. We have been compiling a number of key performance indicators as part

           of our continuous development.

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is committed to continuous development of various processes
and has been refining key performance indicators over the last many years. A lot of data points

are being analysed and used to measure the performance of students, faculty, facilities and the

           institution as a whole.

At Jain (Deemed-to-be University), we measure various performance parameters under two

very key aspects of growth – the output and the outcome. The following parameters are being
           measured.
