These crews are amazing!
Courtney Thompson, the office manager who flew in to wrap up payroll and accounts payable for the project, got a close-up look at the protesters as there were several on her plane. When she got to the car rental counter, she was told no more vehicles were available. Courtney is a tiny little thing; at only 4’10 she had to
step up on her tippy toes to square up with the agent. “Ma’am, I’m here for the pipeline company. I can’t be on any street hailing a taxi.” The rental agent immediately changed her tone. “Oh honey!” said the agent. “Hunters and pipeliners are my favorite people in the whole world,” said the agent, and
immediately set her up with a car. As Courtney drove through town, there were protesters along the sidewalks, and at the job site when she got there. “It was kind of scary,” she said, in a low voice that conceals the enormous courage she has.
Good job Precision!
