Overall On-site Visitor Satisfaction
Instruction Sheet
Keeping customers engaged underlies success in moving customers forward in a path to a
new job. Maintaining an adequate level of satisfaction is critical to keeping customers
engaged. The overall on-site visitor satisfaction establishes a new mechanism to capture
and monitor customers overall satisfaction with services. Happy, engaged, customers
lead to more residents of the District of Columbia moving into jobs and/or advancing
in their careers. The data metrics and trends from the application provide powerful
insight concerning customers’ initial pathway steps.
T
he kiosk is for customers’ feedback of how they feel about their overall visit experience. The
entry of information only takes 1 second. 1 second makes the service the fastest way for
customers to provide feedback. On-site customers prefer quick surveys.
Steps:
1. Locate the kiosk in the facility. (See Diagram A below.)
2. Tap the face that best represents the overall feeling about the experience. (See Diagram B
below.)
3. All Done! Feedback provided.
