Service Description
The service enables the sharing of information through a secured site which is accessible from any
device. The Huddle™ application software service speeds the completion of work through the
alleviation of emailing documents between resources and storing information in places that require VPN
access. The software combines the secure easily accessible storage with other functions to allow for
maximum productivity.
Easy to use functions allow frequently used actions to easily be performed at the same place the
information is located. Functions allow users to share, remark, review and accept, as well as task all
around a central information point. The software quickly accesses most standardly used information
types like Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and other types of information.
• Bridges the gaps between content management, task management, and file sharing through a
desktop and mobile app.
• Provides a calendar that, automatically, populates with project deadlines.
• Any changes that are made to documents are synchronized in real time.
• Any users attached to a workspace are notified via email when documents change or deadlines
are updated.

workspace.
