Chemical Pumps
The Pulsatron™ pump can be either Hyper
Concentrate or Super Concentrate. It has
two adjustment knobs located on the pump
face and one priming bypass control Fluid output line

located on the base of the fluid output line.
Of the two knobs on the face of the
chemical pump, the larger one regulates Priming Feed back
to chemical
the pumps stroke length, whereas the Bypass drum
smaller knob alters the stroke rate (cycles
per second).
DO NOT ADJUST THIS
To prime the pump, fully open the bypass KNOB UNLESS THE
knob. This will shorten the fluid path and Stroke Length PUMP IS RUNNING
allow the chemical to loop directly back
into the chemical drum. Once the pump Stroke Rate
has been primed, close the bypass knob. 110VAC Feed

For best results, the drying agents and
sealer waxes should use 100% stroke rate.
To alter the chemical usage, adjust the
stroke length.
