SL2: 1063 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION

                       Chapter 3 Operator Interface/Programming

                       Setup

                           Setup / Misc
                                            E-1063

PASSWORD RE-LOGIN LEVEL: The system allows for multiple levels of access that require a password for each
level. Press the last word in the RE-LOGIN line (PASSWORD RE-LOGIN LEVEL NONE) to change the selection.
Log-in levels are shown above in “Screen Key”. When user presses the screen navigation keys, they will
automatically be prompted to enter a password. Once password is entered access will be allowed for 5 minutes. If
more time is required, temporarily set password Re-login level to NONE.
Example: If Re-Login Level is 3 and User has logged in at Level 3, the system would eventually time out and
restore access to Level 2. Once level restored (reduced) to Level 2, the User will be required to enter a
password to return to Level 3 access.
WEEP: This toggles between ON/OFF. When ON, Weep is enabled. MODE toggles between SCALED and
ON/OFF. For SCALED, the duty cycle is increased as the temperature decreases. When ON/OFF, the system is
in constant WEEP for temperatures below 34° Fahrenheit.

TEMP SCALE: Here you can calibrate the Temperature Scale. User can adjust temperature by + 9°/-15° of what
                              the sensor is reporting.
SONAR BACK ADDER: This is the number of inches after the Sonar reads the floor that will be considered
                              vehicle length.

SONAR FRONT ADDER: This is the number of inches after the Sonar reads the floor that will be considered
                              vehicle length.

ENTER SONAR LOADING DELAY: Typically set to ZERO. This is the delay after loading vehicle gets under the
Sonar before the “Stop Light” will come on.

ARM TRIPLE FOAM: This toggles between the 3 and 6 color application and sets the amount of seconds that
each color pattern is dispensed. This control is not utilized by the XR-Pods.

XR TRIPLE FOAM: This toggles between Normal and 4-Applicator. Typically set to NORMAL. 4-Applicator is
used when a “4-Application Point” XR has been installed. Not typical.

HIGH PRESSURE EXCHANGE TIME: This is the FILL TIME when the High Pressure application switches sides.
