Routine Procedures

Quarterly
• Check alignment of Photo Eyes.
• Clean lens on photo-eyes using a mild non-abrasive cleaning solution, to eliminate any buildup that may have
occurred during daily operations.

• Inspect Photo Eyes frame for cracks, and verify anchor bolts are tightened.
• Wash component down with a good degrimer such as Tide laundry detergent and hot water.
