Introduction

Available Styles

The new MixStir® is available in 7 colors: red, blue, black, yellow, green, orange, and gray, and
comes with polypropylene fittings.
The MixStir® Triple Foam option however is available only in a set of three tanks of blue, red and
yellow.
The MixStir® is designed to work in a variety of applications. With the purchase of a system and the
appropriate delivery panel, the MixStir® allows for the various applications with minimal space
requirements and is cost effective. You choose the applications to support the following: pre-soak,
chemical tire applicator, wax, triple foam, etc. You choose the color and you can mount the MixStir®
just about anywhere you want it. This is just another example of Belanger‘s “flexible standards”.
The MixStir® also has unique marketing appeal, which replaces the industrial look of single purpose
tanks and space consuming components with a compacted, multi purpose component, and colorful
design. As stated before, it is available in blue, red, black, yellow, green, orange, and grey to
compliment your car wash marketing image.

MixStir® No Delivery Panel
The MixStir® (no panel) automatically produces a consistently mixed solution which
is ready for vehicle application without the need for manual handling of any
chemicals. This system consists of a rotational molded reservoir tank, with a

HydroMinder proportioning and dispensing system. When the MIXSTIR’s reservoir
solution tank level drops, a float automatically opens and siphons liquid concentrate
into the water stream to produce your desired solution dilution. This dilution ratio is
easily adjusted by changing the metering tip selection (supplied) that is pushed into
the siphon stub on the inductor body. The MIXSTIR® is a great way to save on labor
costs because it automatically maintains a level of ready-to-use solution without the
need for manual handling, measuring, or mixing of concentrated chemicals.
MixStir® with Basic Delivery Panel

Belanger’s MixStir® with Basic Delivery Panel offers all the same features and
benefits of the basic MixStir® with the addition of an air pump delivery panel. This
built-in air pump delivery panel provides a method for effectively delivering solution
to your desired wash applicator. This configuration includes the rotational molded

reservoir tank, with a HydroMinder proportioning and dispensing system, and a
4.5 GPM air pump delivery panel.
Ideal for but not limited to Chemical Tire or Bug Spray applications.
