Installation
Utility Connections for Boom Movement
Pneumatic (Air) Connections Air Panel
1) Connect 1/4” airline to the air panel as shown below.
Head Pressure
Feed to Limit Boom Pressure
Main air supply Switch Port #3 Feed to Outside Air-
90-PSI minimum (Yellow) Over-Oil Reservoir
120-PSI maximum (Purple or Red)
Feed to Inside Air-
Over-Oil Reservoir
(Gray)
2) Run 1/4” airline from the Air Panel to port #3 on the QuickFire® Wrap limit switch. Driver side uses
GREEN airline, passenger side used ORANGE airline.
3) Run 1/4” airline from the Air Panel to the Air-Over-Oil reservoir. Driver side and passenger side
both use GRAY airline. Pneumatic (Air) Connections Limit Switch
Feed to Rear of Boom (Natural)
Feed to Rear of Boom (Green)
Air Dump (Port #1)
Adjustment Needle Valve
Feed from Large Regulator on the Air Panel (Yellow)
Pneumatic (Air) Connections Boom
Feed to Limit Switch Port #4 (Green) Feed to Limit Switch Port #2 (Natural)
