MAINTENANCE
Chapter 1 Introduction
Document Overview
This manual is written in sections. The first chapter is an introduction. It identifies critical safety
issues and warranty information. Safety topics include hazardous chemicals, safety symbols
and words and general safety warnings. Failure to follow the safety precautions in this manual
could result in severe injury or death to personnel and/or damage to the equipment. Applicable
warranty information for the system is also outlined.
The second chapter identifies scheduled maintenance topics and procedures. Maintenance
topics include daily, weekly, monthly and periodic maintenance activities. Machine input
locations are identified. Various maintenance and adjustment procedures are also outlined.
The third chapter outlines various general repair procedures that the system may require.
The fourth chapter shows exploded views of relevant replacement parts to assist with assembly
and disassembly. Part numbers and quantities of the necessary replacement parts are also
listed to assist with identifying and attaining replacement parts.
Regularly cleaning and maintaining the equipment will help by:
Making your regular maintenance easier to perform
Increasing the efficiency of your equipment (more “up time”)
Increasing the life of your equipment
Setting a good example to the customer to keep their equipment (their automobile) clean
as well
Read through the entire manual to familiarize yourself with the FreeStyler® Friction Rollover Car
Wash maintenance. You will want to keep this manual as a guide to proper maintenance.
