Chapter 6 Sudzer® FM Maintenance

Routine Procedures

Sudzer FM (Daily)
 Check spray nozzles
 Inspect the component for clogged nozzles. This can best be done while running a test
vehicle at the start of the business day.
 Insert a thin wire into the nozzle opening to clear any obstructions. Sometimes simply tapping on the nozzle can clear it.
 Inspect chemical barrel for the amount of chemical remaining, order if necessary

Sudzer FM (Monthly)
 Wash component down with a good degrimer such as Tide laundry detergent and hot water.
 Check the 1/2" lag bolts and make sure they are still tight.
