Airlines to Connect Utility Manifold to Sudzer® FM Nozzles

Replacing the Airline Hoses that Connect the Utility Manifold to the Nozzles
1) From the 100’ airline rolls 12 hoses will be cut (6 of each color).
2) Refer to the table below, it specifies the lengths to cut the hoses to route from the Utility
Manifold to the Nozzle Outlets. Cut one natural and one black hose for each length.

Note: Do NOT cut the hoses shorter than the specified lengths having slack in the hoses
will make it easier to initially connect them and to service them in the future.

3) Start with Outlet #1 and perform the following for all six outlets:
a. Take two hoses, one natural and one black, of equal length.
b. Connect the black hose to a fitting on the compressed air side and the natural
hose to a fitting on the chemical solution side of the Utility Manifold, see below.
c. Route the connected hoses through the Air Plenum to the appropriate Outlet and
connect them to the Nozzle.
