Pupils are involved in 4 sessions of physical education and games a week with Wednesdays being our main day for fixtures. They have the opportunity to try any one of the 25 sporting activities that are offered at the Prep School. This could be anything from participating in our rugby lessons to rock climbing using our recently installed climbing wall during activity sessions.

Seaford Physical Education.
We have a varied and challenging P.E. curriculum where all pupils participate in Swimming, Gymnastics, Dance, Athletics, Outdoor Adventure Activity (OAA), Health Related Fitness and Invasion games (e.g. Hockey). The progression of fundamental movement underpins all of these activities aiming to improve the individual’s athletic ability and skill. Health promotion is intertwined throughout these lessons providing context for the pupil’s future decisions regarding their health related lifestyle choices.
